What we've built

Work we have built for clients, with its real status: in use, delivered or in design.

In use

The Receipts App: from paper receipts to one package for the bookkeeper

Before
Every receipt travelled back to the office on paper, where someone sorted and added them up.
Now
The travel companion photographs the receipt, date and amount are suggested, a person confirms.
Result
The budget updates live, and after the trip everything goes to the bookkeeper as one package.

“Going from paper receipts to fully digital reporting was the goal! And we got there!!”

“The functional design was right away a case of ‘how can they possibly know this’?? Truly amazing and ‘spot on’!!”

“The Dolfijn Receipts App was taken into use after a short process, exactly as we wanted. Goal achieved, thanks to Fdb!”

John Jansen, director of Stichting Dolfijn Vakanties. Google review, August 2026.(translated from Dutch)
From phone call to working demo within 24 hours. Then a functional design, and now in use.

Delivered

Forms Export: from 50 PDFs to one import file

Every trip brought in 20 to 50 application forms as PDFs, and someone retyped them by hand into the booking system. Now one program reads a whole folder and produces, per form type, one file the booking system can import directly. Anything unreadable is set aside, with the reason.

  • 4days of building

The link to the booking system is being set up by its vendor.
